Strategic Leadership Assessment
An optional in-depth assessment of individual or team needs, conducted prior to any engagement. The assessment produces a detailed picture of your team's strengths, dynamics, and development opportunities — along with specific recommendations for a customized engagement.
The assessment fee is credited in full toward any agreed individual or team engagement.
Customized Engagement
