Jaron Frieden brings more than 30 years of experience in consulting, business development, organizational leadership, and business ownership.
Beginning in 1996 with The Vertex Companies, then a 12-person business, he played an integral role in its evolution into a multidisciplinary international consulting firm.
In 2005, he became an owner through a management-led buyout and subsequently helped navigate significant organizational transitions involving employee ownership through an ESOP and private equity investment, building on his earlier experience under public-company ownership.
These experiences provide a distinctive perspective on leadership challenges, professional relationships, organizational dynamics, and the decisions executives and leaders face.
Combined with his Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach credentials, this background informs an advisory approach grounded in real-world leadership experience.

Where appropriate, a more detailed paid assessment of individual leadership strengths, challenges, and development opportunities. The assessment fee is credited toward a subsequent agreed engagement. This step is not required for every engagement.
